01	Position 1 Job Title	Head of Insurance Department
	Reporting to	Divisional Head - Statutory Accounts
	Educational 1 Professional Qualification	Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute. Candidates having Master's degree and / or Professional Certifications such as CA / ICMA (partly qualified) will be preferred.
	Experience	Minimum 08 years working experience in Financial Institutions I DFIs / NBFIs I Audit firms out of which 04 years experience in the relevant area.
	Other Skills 1 Expertise / Knowledge Required	Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word, and Access. Detail oriented and high level of accuracy. Sound understanding of relevant taxation laws and regulations.
	Outline of Main Duties 1 Responsibilities	To review insurance policies for its adequacy of coverage. To review premium rates and negotiation with insurer to make it market compatible. To liaise with Regions / Branches 1 Groups at Head Office to compile sum insured, validity of data and calculation of premium. To prepare relevant memo(s) seeking approval of competent authority. To perform timely lodgment of claims and their follow ups with Regions / Branches for submission of documents. To arrange and follow-up meetings with surveyors to finalize surveyor's report. To arrange and follow-up meetings with insurer to ensure settlement of claims on timely basis. To prepare MIS for outstanding claims I rented premises temporary enhancements of coverage. etc. To apprise senior management with respect to status of claims and reasons for delay. To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).

	Reporting to	Wing Head - Taxation
	Educational 1 Professional Qualification	Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute. Candidates having Master's degree and I or Professional Certifications such as CA/ ICMA (partly qualified) will be preferred.
	Experience	Minimum 05 years working experience in Financial Institutions I DFIs 1 NBFIs / Audit firms out of which 03 years experience in the relevant area. Candidates having experience of article-ship with Chartered Accountant companies / firms will be preferred.
	Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required	Sound understanding of relevant taxation laws and regulations. Good understanding of business and financial acumen. Excellent business communication and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Access. Detail oriented and high level of accuracy.
	Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities	To liaison with Tax Consultant for effective management of Taxation matters. like advance tax payments, return filing, appeal filing and follow up. To prepare payments of Provincial and Federal Sales Tax / Income Tax withholding and ensure error free payment and submission to the Tax authorities. To analyze the Tax data for filing of Tax statement. To maintain the Tax record. To execute e-filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual statement under section 165 and 165A of ITO, 2001. To execute e-filing of Sales Tax returns of various revenue authorities. To assist Payroll Tax department in salary taxation. To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).

	Reporting to	Wing Head - ICFR
	Educational 1 Professional Qualification Experience	Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute. Candidates having Master's degree and I or Professional Certifications such as CA / ICMA (partly qualified) will be preferred.
	Educational 1 Professional Qualification Experience	Minimum 05 years working experience in Financial Institutions I DFIs / NBFIs / Audit firms out of which 03 years experience in the relevant area. Candidates having experience of article-ship with Chartered Accountant companies / firms will be preferred.
	Other Skills 1 Expertise / Knowledge Required Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities	Well conversant with accounting principles and relevant regulatory guidelines. Good understanding of business and financial acumen. Excellent business communication and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Access. Detail oriented.
		To update Branch Selection and Management Testing Plans in order to conduct testing of controls pertaining to key cycles and sub-cycles. To evaluate ICFR testing results. To update ELC questionnaire. perform its assessment and ensure timely submission to the relevant stakeholders. To manage the relevant process flows of the Bank from the respective stakeholders and Risk & Control Matrices. To develop remedial plans for the closure of gaps in coordination with the process owners. To rectify gaps identified by the external auditors by performing quality assurance. To prepare and update dashboards for the management testing. To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
04	Position 1 Job Title	Officer ICFR Monitoring
	Reporting to	Manager ICFR Monitoring
	Educational 1 Professional Qualification	Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute. Candidates having Master's degree and I or Professional Certifications such as CA/ ICMA (partly qualified) will be preferred.
	Experience	Minimum 02 years working experience in Financial Institutions I DFIs 1 NBFIs I Audit fines out of which 01 year experience in the relevant area.
	Other Skills 1 Expertise / Knowledge Required	Good understanding of accounting principles and relevant regulatory guidelines. Good communication and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Access. Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks.
	Outline of Main Duties I Responsibilities	To internally circulate ICFR update and maintain their record. To liaison with stakeholders for rectification of gaps identified by the auditors I ICU. To coordinate and follow-up with the ICU team / Groups for required data. To assist in preparation and update of dashboards for the management testing. To perform analysis of data received from different groups. To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
05	Position 1 Job Title	Budgeting Officer
	Reporting to	Wing Head - Budgeting & Performance Review
	Educational 1 Professional Qualification	Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute. Candidates having Master's degree and / or Professional Certifications such as CA / ICMA (partly qualified) will be preferred.
	Experience	Minimum 02 years working experience in Financial Institutions I DFIs / NBFIs / Audit firms out of which 01 year experience in the relevant area.
	Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required	Good understanding of accounting principles and relevant regulatory guidelines. Detail oriented. Excellent business communication and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Access. Knowledge of PPRA rules and regulations.
	Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities	To prepare annual I quarterly / half-yearly presentation to BoD / BAC on Financial Statements. To prepare Peer Bank Analysis including ratios on quarterly basis. To assist in preparation of monthly Ex-Com / ALCO Pack. To prepare various MIS for ALCO on monthly basis. To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
Assessment Test / Interview (s)			Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and I or panel interview (s).
Employment Type			The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules.
