01 Position / Job Title Manager - HR Legal Compliance
  Reporting to Divisional Head - HR Legal Compliance
Educational/ Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • Candidates having Master's or Law degree / qualification would be preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 06 years of working experience.
  • Candidates having HR / Banking / Employee Relations / Industrial Relations / Legal / Litigation experience can also be considered.
Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required
  • Strong Communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to assess problem and make sound judgement.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To liaise and coordinate with Divisional Head HR Legal Compliance on all HR Legal related matters.
  • To lead on the Legal aspects of proposed changes to the business structure for the Region / Head Office.
  • To contribute to the development of HR Legal Compliance function by developing an HR Legal strategy that is aligned with business needs.
  • To advise and support all parts of the Regional / Head Office business and Human Resources on HR Legal matters to ensure their effective management.
  • To review and / or propose amendments in Human Resources policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and code of conduct & ethics to be routed through Division Head HR Legal Compliance for its legal vetting keeping in view the legal infrastructure of the country.
  • To manage the assigned team effectively to ensure objectives / KPI's of HR Legal are met.
  • To assist and support the HR Legal Compliance Division of the Bank in the management of all Regional / Head Office HR related legal cases including without limitation provision of relevant facts, attendance in courts (along with Legal representative), ensure compliance of court requirements and court orders in a timely manner.
  • To assist the Divisional Head HR Legal Compliance to conduct awareness sessions in the Region / Head Office for reduction of HR Legal cases.
  • Any other assignment given by Head HR Legal Compliance from time to time.

02 Position / Job Title Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
  Reporting to Unit Head - Talent Acquisition
Educational/ Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • Candidates having Master's degree would be preferred.
Experience Minimum 05 years of HR and / or Banking experience.
Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR Information System.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be preferred.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To assist Unit Head-Talent Acquisition in developing efficient supply of required Human resources via external talent mapping.
  • To assist and coordinate in execution of recruitment activities (Job fairs, open house, etc.).
  • To work as per the recruitment SOPs and monitor, identify and recommend areas of improvement to ensure best practices.
  • To assist in advertising vacant positions internally and externally as per the requirement.
  • To assist in screening the profiles received against Internal Placement Circulars as per basic eligibility criteria.
  • To maintain MIS of profiles received against Internal Placement Circulars and provide the same to stake holders for further processing.
  • To facilitate stakeholders regarding Internal Transfers/ Postings of the selected candidates against Internal Placement Circulars.
  • To schedule and coordinate interviews with the Wing Head TMW / Lead HRBPs / Senior HRBPs / HRBPs and concerned business groups (if required).
  • To analyze credit history of applicants and determine suitability as per the policy.
  • To ensure all hiring checks and approvals are in place prior to extending offer to the candidate.
  • To regularly update and ensure availability of recruitment materials / sources such as Job descriptions, Job specifications, testing tools and organized data bank of applicants, etc.
  • To foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • To liaise with top tier universities for sourcing of candidates under various programs such as Batch Hiring, ACCA & CA Trainees, and Internships, etc.
  • To maintain strong relationships with placement offices of top Institutes / Universities across Pakistan and actively participate in career fairs to promote the Bank as a brand.
  • To maintain BHRRC / Board Meetings files and complete formalities of BHRRC related to interviews of in-house candidates.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the supervisory authority from time to time.

Employment Type The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules.
