01 Position/Job Title Project Manager — Enterprise Systems (VP / AVP)
  Reporting to Wing Head — Project Management Enterprise
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 6 years experience of managing IT projects.
Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
  • Excellent understanding of Project Management including practices and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project.
  • Sound knowledge of banking solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
  • Ability to share relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise
  • with team members.
  • Strong understanding of the requirements for project standards and documentation including timelines, status / risk / issue reporting and communication, exception reporting and project sign off.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem solving, team. and time management skills.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple business lines.
  • To manage the delivery and / or support of projects to meet business objectives and goals.
  • To develop and deliver progress reports. proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences. including project team. sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders.
  • To create detailed customer project requirements. constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables.
  • To develop work-breakdown structures, project organization charts, communication plans, risk plans, quality plans, cost / budget and resource plans.
  • To ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule. and budget while meeting quality standards.
  • To develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning. external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
  • To manage scope during the course of the project and collaboratively adjust scope where necessary.
  • To manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline.
  • To deliver clear. timely, appropriate and relevant communication of project progress, financials and risks / issues to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Adhere to established project change management processes and coordinate with all stakeholders for successful implementation of projects.
  • To execute tasks assigned by Immediate Supervisor.
02 Position/Job Title Microsoft Administrator (AVP / OG-1)
  Reporting to Lead - MS Administration
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Microsoft system administration.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To install and configure the cloud management application for the provider (for example, AWS. Azure, or VMware)
  • To implement and support unified communications and messagingtechnologies.
  • To perform preventive maintenance, upgrade, monitor, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • To coordinate with team members, provide technical leadership and contribution regarding solution development. proposal writing, and estimating.
  • To develop scripts for automating client / server functions.
  • To monitor automated systems recovery solutions.
  • To manage, troubleshoot and support VDI setup for core banking application running in the bank.
03 Position/Job Title Application Administrator (AVP / 0G-1)
  Reporting to Section Head — System Administration
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 4 years experience in core banking system administration.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To maintain core banking system.
  • To perform core banking system parametrization.
  • To investigate user / system problems.
  • To manage core banking system's production and test environments.
  • To perform daily system monitoring.
  • To configure system and product specifications
  • To manage and set up UAT / Test / DEV and staging environments.
04 Position/Job Title Software Developer (0G-I / 0G-11)
  Reporting to Wing Head - CBA Development
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience of applications software development of financial / non-financial banking applications and possessing experience in some of the following: r Java / J2EE / Spring MVC / Web-based applications , C++ / OOP concepts r Eclipse / Net Beans F Tomcat / WebSphere / Glassfish fr DotNet/ C Sharp / Visual Studio (3.5 and above) fr- Oracle / SQL server / JDBC / RDBMS concepts
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product design.
  • To develop program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies
  • logic in existing applications
  • To perform coding, testing, debug fixing, documenting, implementing and
  • maintaining software applications.
  • To provide application support for software already in production.
  • To test and integrate application components.
  • To write technical specifications and other forms of documentations.
  • To develop software test plans and quality assurance procedures.
  • To provide application software development services or technical support.
  • To ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.
  • To make recommendations regarding the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
Assessment Test / Interview(s) Only shortlisted applicants strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and / or panel interview(s).
