Detailed Position Requirements

1. Senior Policy Specialist (MP-I)

  • Focus Area: Non-Traditional Security

  • Vacancies: 01

  • Age Limit: Up to 62 years

  • Education: Ph.D. or Master’s/M.Phil (18 years of education) in Public Policy, Economics, Development, or Strategic Studies.

  • Experience:

    • Ph.D.: 8 years post-qualification experience.

    • Masters/M.Phil: 12 years post-qualification experience.

  • Expertise: Economic development, governance reforms, energy security, and emerging technologies.

2. Policy Expert (MP-II)

  • Focus Area: Non-Traditional Security

  • Vacancies: 01

  • Age Limit: Up to 62 years

  • Education: Ph.D. or Master’s/M.Phil (18 years of education) in Public Policy, Economy, Cyber Security, or AI Technology Policy.

  • Experience:

    • Ph.D.: 5 years post-qualification experience.

    • Masters/M.Phil: 8 years post-qualification experience.

  • Expertise: Policy research and implementation regarding AI, energy, and governance.

3. Research Specialist (MP-III)

  • Focus Area: International Law

  • Vacancies: 01

  • Age Limit: Up to 62 years

  • Education: Ph.D. in International Law or LLM/LLB with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience:

    • Ph.D.: 3 years post-qualification experience.
