CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Position: Senior Manager – PSL

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Senior Manager, PSL (Pakistan Super League). This role involves comprehensive operational support to PSL leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the effective planning and execution of PSL-related activities. The position is vital in implementing PCB and PSL strategies aimed at consistent fan engagement and enhancement of the PSL brand.

About Pakistan Cricket Board

The PCB is the governing body responsible for promoting and developing the game of cricket across Pakistan. It oversees the regulation, management, and development of the sport at all levels in the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the smooth and effective running of day-to-day operations related to PSL.

  • Plan and supervise the execution of PSL tournaments, ensuring high-quality delivery.

  • Prepare and manage operational budgets for events.

  • Ensure full compliance with ICC, PCB, and PSL rules and regulations.

  • Coordinate between franchises, rights holders, service providers, and senior PCB management to ensure seamless execution of PSL events.

  • Assist in developing and managing the PSL match and event schedule in accordance with the needs of stakeholders.

  • Support the execution of all administrative and logistic duties as required.

Required Education & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in operations, event management, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Competency Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
