A Public Sector Organization invites applications from suitable candidates for the following position:

Position: Senior Executive Director (Security) (E-6)

Number of Positions: 01
Location: Islamabad
Salary: Market-based, depending on qualifications and experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's Degree in Defence/Security Studies from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad.
• Preference will be given to candidates with foreign qualifications.
• Candidates who are retired from the Armed Forces of Pakistan, not below the rank of Brigadier, are eligible to apply.
• The incumbent must have significant experience in managing internal and external security, strategic planning, and coordination.

Minimum Relevant Post Qualification Experience:

• 18 years in related fields, particularly in security management and strategic planning.

Maximum Age:

• 55 years.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Overall Security Management: Manage all aspects of security operations to ensure a safe environment for employees, visitors, assets, and confidential information.
• Policy & Procedure Development: Design and enforce security policies to address threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
• Coordination & Relations: Plan and coordinate with external organizations to maintain security standards.
• Security Operations: Supervise and train security personnel, manage security operations, and handle emergency events.
• Investigation & Reporting: Investigate security-related issues and prepare reports for the relevant authorities.
• Other Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the organization from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates currently employed in government/semi-government/autonomous bodies/corporations must apply through the proper channel. If selected, they must resign or seek retirement from their current position before joining.
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in government and autonomous bodies.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
