VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC) MTI-Peshawar invites applications for the following vacancy on a contract basis under the terms outlined below:

Position: Senior Consultant Cardiac Surgery with an interest in Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation

  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Age (Yrs): Not Applicable

Qualification/Experience Requirements

Qualification:

  • FCPS with fellowship or equivalent training in cardiac surgery.
  • OR FRCS with cardiac surgery specialty training.
  • OR US Cardiac Surgery subspecialty board certification (CCT/CCST).
  • OR any other equivalent qualification in the specialty recognized by PMC.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Cardiac Surgery.
  • Experience in Heart Failure surgery is preferable.

Preference:

  • Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the latest techniques in the specialty and experienced in working with state-of-the-art facilities in a reputable institution.
