Vacant Positions Announcement

Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding a Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Sindh Province and Sindh Domicile for the following vacant positions in the Food Department. Candidates must apply within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement.

Position Details

01 BPS-14 21 Years 28 Years Karachi BS (Finance), Chartered Accountant / ACCA / BBA (Finance) with at least Second Division or equivalent CIPA. Degree must be from a HEC-recognized university.
02 BPS-14 21 Years 28 Years Larkana Graduate with minimum Second Division, degree from a HEC-recognized university.

Eligibility Conditions & Requirements

1. Application Submission

Eligible candidates meeting the criteria must apply online through the Government of Sindh Job Portal:

2. Mandatory STS Screening Test

  • Applicants must have successfully passed the Graduate Category General Screening Test conducted by IBA Testing Service (STS).

  • Minimum passing marks required: 40 marks.

  • Candidates must possess the screening test certificate issued by STS, as it is mandatory for appointment to the above positions.

3. Age Relaxation

  • Age relaxation is provided under the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024.

  • As per the 2004/2005 policy, the maximum permissible age relaxation is 43 years.

4. Quota Compliance

Recruitment will strictly follow the Government of Sindh’s rules, policies, and quota system, ensuring allocation according to the prescribed quota categories.

5. Government Employees

  • Applicants already serving in government departments must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department before applying.

  • The original NOC must be presented at the time of interview before the District Selection Committee.

6. Recruitment Procedure

  • The recruitment process will be strictly in accordance with:

    • The Government of Sindh policy announced on 06 November 2023, and

    • The Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, along with all amendments.

7. Document Verification

  • Candidates must present original documents at the time of interview as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.

  • Incomplete applications or those without required documents will be rejected.

8. No TA/DA

No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided for appearing in the interview.
