RECRUITMENT ADVERTISEMENT

For Retired Armed Forces Personnel & Civilians

Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Lahore requires competent and capable individuals retired from the Armed Forces and Special Services Group (SSG) for the following positions. Interested retired Army personnel and civilians who meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below may apply.

Vacant Positions, Eligibility & Age Limit

1. Security Guard

Eligibility & Experience:

  • Retired personnel from Special Services Group (SSG) or Armed Forces

  • Rank requirements:

    • From Soldier to Lance Naik

    • From Naik to Havaldar

Age Limit:

  • Up to 43 years (for Soldier to Lance Naik)

  • Up to 48 years (for Naik to Havaldar)

2. Clerk

Eligibility & Experience:

  • Retired Armed Forces personnel from Soldier to Havaldar

  • Must have skills in MS Office, Data Processing, and PowerPoint

  • Minimum typing speed: 35 words per minute

  • Knowledge of Urdu typing

Age Limit:

  • Up to 51 years

3. Fireman / Allied Fireman

Eligibility & Experience:

  • Retired Armed Forces personnel
    OR

  • Civilians with Fireman / Firefighting Course or Diploma

Age Limit:

  • Up to 51 years

4. Chowkidar (Watchman)

Eligibility & Experience:

  • Civilian candidates

  • Minimum educational qualification: FA

  • Computer Diploma preferred

Age Limit:

  • Up to 51 years

5. Crane / Excavator Operator

Eligibility & Experience:

  • Retired personnel from Engineer Corps

  • Rank: From Soldier to Havaldar

  • Civilian candidates must hold a valid PSV license

Age Limit:

  • Up to 51 years

6. Electrician

Eligibility & Experience:

  • Civilian candidates

  • Minimum qualification: Matric

  • Electrical Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience

Age Limit:

  • Up to 45 years

7. Cook

Eligibility & Experience:

  • Retired Army Cook or Mess staff
    OR

  • Civilian candidates (Middle Pass) with minimum 5 years of experience

Age Limit:

  • Up to 51 years

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Applications must be submitted along with:

    • Retirement/Discharge Certificate

    • Recent photographs

    • Educational certificates

    • Copy of CNIC

  2. No Traveling Allowance (TA/DA) will be admissible.
