### Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

Senior Management & Specialist Roles (PPS-10)

Maximum Age Limit: 60 years

Designation Scale Posts Required Qualification & Experience
Sector Specialist (SS-I) PPS-10 1 16 years of education (M.A/M.Sc.) preferably with specialization in Health Sector. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
Sector Specialist (SS-II) PPS-10 1 16 years of education (M.A/M.Sc.) preferably in International Relations (IR) or a related field. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
Regional/Country Desk Officer PPS-10 1 16 years of education (M.A/M.Sc.) preferably in International Relations (IR) or a related field. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
Manager (Admin and Finance) PPS-10 1 16 years of education (M.A/M.Sc./MBA) in a relevant field. Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field, including 2 years in a leadership role.
 

Middle Management & Technical Roles (PPS-09)

Maximum Age Limit: 60 years

Designation Scale Posts Required Qualification & Experience
Deputy Manager (DM-I - Legal) PPS-09 1 LLB (16 years of education) from a reputable institution; LLM, Bar-at-Law, or specialization in Corporate, Commercial, Energy, Infrastructure, or Business Law preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate law, M&As, infrastructure transactions, or transaction advisory at a leading law firm.
Deputy Manager (Finance) PPS-09 1 16 years of education (Bachelor's/Master's) in Finance, Business, Economics, or professional membership (ICMA/ACCA/CA) or CFA qualification. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, consulting, or an audit firm.
Deputy Manager (DM-II - Project/Coordination) PPS-09 1 16 years of education (M.A/M.Sc./MBA). Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in coordination, project management, data analysis, and report writing.
Deputy Manager IT (Website/Digital & Print Media) PPS-09 1 M.Sc./BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or IT. Minimum 7 years of experience, including 1 year in a lead role across Media Marketing, Web Development, Graphic Design, or Software Development.
 

Support & Associate Roles (PPS-05 to PPS-07)

Assistant Manager (AM-I) PPS-07 1 45 years 16 years of education (Bachelor's/Master's) in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Journalism, Graphic Design, or Marketing. Minimum 3 years of experience in media, digital content creation, or public relations.
Research Associate (Country/Regional Desk) PPS-07 1 45 years 16 years of education (M.A/M.Sc./BS) in International Relations (IR) or a relevant field. Post-qualification experience in a related field is preferred.
Office Assistant PPS-05 2 35 years BS (16 years of education in a relevant field) OR B.A/B.Sc. (14 years of education) with 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
 

### Important Guidelines & Rules

  • Degree Verification: All educational qualifications must be obtained from recognized local or foreign institutions and duly verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

  • Age Calculation: The age of the candidate will be calculated exactly as of the closing date of the advertisement and must not exceed the specified limit.

  • Government Employees: Both serving and retired government officials must apply through the proper channel. Serving employees must attach a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.

  • Contract Governing Policy: Recruitment and contract terms strictly follow the Finance Division's O.M. No. 4(9)R-14/2024 & Planning Commission's Letter No. 24(7) PIA-I/PC/2021, dated March 05, 2026.

  • Selection Protocols: Incomplete or late applications will be automatically rejected. Only shortlisted individuals will be contacted for tests/interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible.
