The GRADES project aims to enhance educational outcomes by increasing participation rates of both girls and boys from pre-primary to elementary levels and improving reading proficiency in primary grades across public schools in Punjab. The initiative is a key step toward building human capital in the region.
The School Education Department (SED) invites qualified and experienced individuals to express their interest for the following consultancy positions under the GRADES project:

Qualifications:
Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Environmental/Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related fields from a recognized university (HEC-recognized).
PMP or similar certifications will be considered an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 12 years of verifiable relevant experience, including 3 years in foreign-aided development projects.
Strong understanding of organizational development, pedagogical approaches, and existing district education systems in Punjab.
Familiarity with government structures, operations, and procedures.

Qualifications:
Professional qualifications in Finance or Accountancy (CA, ACCA, CIMA, ICMA, etc.)
Experience:
At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience in education sector and/or foreign-aided projects preferred.
In-depth knowledge of World Bank and government financial procedures.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:
Master’s/Bachelor’s (Hons) degree (16 years education) in Management Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.
Certification in World Bank Procurement Regulations/STEP or from institutions like CIPS, ISM USA, ASCM/LUMS will be considered an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of verifiable relevant experience, including at least 3 years in foreign-aided development projects.
Strong understanding of procurement regulations and contract management.
Familiarity with government procedures and structures.

Qualifications:
B.Sc in Civil Engineering/Architecture (16 years education) from a recognized university.
Experience:
At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in foreign-aided development projects related to civil works.
Background in sustainable and energy-efficient building design preferred, especially for educational facilities.
Ability to conceptualize and implement large-scale projects.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Familiarity with World Bank and Government of Punjab standards.
