School Education and Literacy Department Sindh Jobs Detail

A Public sector organization in the Education sector funded by a foreign donor agency is working to improve access, equity and quality in education in the province of Sindh by improving governance and institutionalizing accountability in the service of education.

The program is being implemented in seven districts of Northern Sindh and selected towns of Karachi to increase and sustain student enrolment in primary, middle and secondary schools in targeted geographic locations in Sindh by developing a school environment conducive to teaching and learning. Being an equal opportunity provider, applications are invited for the following market-based positions based in Karachi/ Sukkur/ Larkana with frequent travel to the program area.

2 Manager Learning Reforms & Community Mobilization 1 'Masters Degree in Social Sciences or Equivalent Minimum Eight years' Experience in Designing and implementation of communication and awareness raising or community mobilization activities for NGOs or Public Organization. Knowledge of Government working is preferred. Knowledge of current education reforms, best practices and policy procedural matter, at provincial, district and school level. Market based emoluments commensurate with experience and Qualifications
3 Manager
Construction Design &
Contracting
2 Bachelor of Civil Engineering Eight years in construction work, two years of experience for working with public sector organization.
Knowledge of SPPRA, FIDIC rules and correspondence to be made with the stakeholders

4 Manager
Construction Supervision
2 Bachelor of Civil Engineering Eight years in Building Construction with at least two years in public sector organization.
Knowledge of Levelling, Surveying, Estimation of Building Projects. Know-how of applicable rules and regulations.

5 Construction, Design & Supervision
Officer
1 Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Equivalent Six years' of experience in construction, design and supervision of educational program. Market based emoluments commensurate with experience and Qualifications
6 Assistant Internal Auditor 1 1CMA-Inter / CA-Inter / MBA or Equivalent relevant degree Minimum six years' experience in related field
Knowledge of government is preferred
Market based emoluments commensurate with experience and Qualifications
7 Adam Assistant I Masters Degree in Commerce or Equivalent 5 years of experience in general administration in Public or Private organization. Knowledge of formal
administrative functions exercised in Government

  • Pakistani nationals. having Domicile and PRC of Sindh and permanently residing in the province may apply for positions.
