Subject: Invitation of Applications for Recruitment Against Vacant Posts in BPS-01 to BPS-04.

In accordance with the prevailing recruitment rules and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) prescribed for Departmental Selection Committees constituted under Rule 5(1) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1974, applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing Domicile of District Jacobabad and PRC (Form-D), for recruitment against the following vacant posts in the Office of the District Education Officer (Primary), Jacobabad:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Candidates must submit their applications on plain paper, clearly mentioning the name of the post for which they are applying. The following documents must be attached with the application, along with duly attested copies:

   • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

   • Domicile Certificate

   • Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC Form-D)

   • Educational certificates/degrees

   • Experience certificates

   • Valid LTV driving license (for the post of driver, if applicable)

   • No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the competent authority (for candidates already working in government departments)

   • Disability certificate issued by the competent authority (for candidates applying under the special persons / disabled quota)

   • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

2. Applications must reach the Office of the District Education Officer (Primary), Jacobabad, within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

3. Determination of educational qualification, experience, age, and other eligibility criteria shall be made in accordance with the relevant recruitment rules and government policy.

4. The Local Area for recruitment shall be the entire District Jacobabad.

5. Quotas for women, minorities, disabled persons, and other applicable categories shall be strictly observed as per the prevailing policy of the Government of Sindh.

6. A separate application must be submitted for each post.

7. Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.

8. Candidates already employed in government, semi-government, autonomous, or local government bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a valid NOC.

9. Relaxation in the upper age limit shall be granted in accordance with the notifications/orders issued by the Government of Sindh.

10. No TA/DA will be given for interviews or any stage of the recruitment process.

11. The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the vacancies without assigning any reason.

12. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
