CAREER OPPORTUNITY
A leading plastic packaging manufacturing company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team based in Lahore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans.
Position: Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leading FMCG.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP & MS Office Suite.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify and target new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Achieve sales & collection targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
