Situation Vacant
The Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI) invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and research-oriented individuals to fill the following post on a regular basis, initially on a six-month probation period.
Position Title: Research Associate (BPS-17)
No. of Posts: 01
Qualification:
Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in:
International Relations (IR)
Political Science (Pol. Sc.)
Defence & Strategic Studies (DSS)
Peace & Conflict Studies
Defence & Diplomatic Studies
Or any comparable discipline
Preference will be given to candidates with a particular focus on India/South Asia.
Age Limit:
Maximum age: 35 years (including five years of general age relaxation).
Experience & Publications:
Minimum two years of research experience at a reputable university or institution.
At least two research publications/papers published in HEC-recognized journals.
