Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur invites applications for various positions at its Main Campus. Applicants must meet the specified qualifications and conditions outlined for each post. POSITIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1 Registrar (Tenure Based) 20 45 Years Qualification: Postgraduate degree (16 years education) in a relevant field from a recognized university. Experience: Minimum 17 years of administrative experience.
2 Controller of Examination (Tenure Based for 03 Years) 20 45 Years Qualification: Postgraduate degree (16 years education). Experience: 17 years in teaching, administrative, or examination-related roles.
3 Director QEC 17 55 Years Qualification: Ph.D. or Master’s in a relevant field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in HPS-19, with 2 years in Quality Enhancement or Assurance.
4 Director ORIC 17 55 Years Qualification: Ph.D. in a relevant field. Experience: 10 years in research management, academic administration, and innovation-related work.
5 Librarian 17 45 Years Qualification: Postgraduate in Library Sciences (preferably 1st class). Experience: Minimum 13 years in library administration in a University/Board/College.
6 Software Developer 17 45 Years Qualification: BSc (CS/IT), MCS, or equivalent. Experience: At least 3 years in software design and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

For all positions:

  • The candidates will be responsible for overseeing their respective areas of responsibility, ensuring adherence to policies, and maintaining effective operational systems.

  • All positions involve a high degree of administrative responsibility, including coordination, record-keeping, and strategic decision-making.

  • Specific duties will depend on the position, such as conducting meetings, managing staff, liaising with government bodies, and overseeing academic, legal, and financial functions.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Application Fee:

    • Application forms are available from the Deputy Registrar (Admin) office, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, upon payment of Rs. 4000/- through a pay order/demand draft or challan.

  2. Required Documents:

    • Application Form (completed and signed).

    • Detailed CV.

    • Two latest passport-sized photographs.

    • Attested copies of educational certificates, degrees, experience certificates, and CNIC.

  3. Multiple Applications:

  4. Government Employees:

    • Applicants working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide NOC or a Service Certificate.

  6. Test/Interview:

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interviews.
