INTRODUCTION

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) is a statutory body corporate established under the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Act 2019, passed by the Provincial Assembly of Punjab. The institute operates under the governance of an independent Board of Governors, as constituted under the Act.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Online Submission: Applications must be submitted online exclusively through the PKLI&RC Job Portal at https://jobs.pkli.org.pk.44/0 . The deadline for submission is August 20, 2026.

2. Document Upload: Applicants are required to upload all relevant documents on the Job Portal, including:

   • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

   • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

   • Educational Degrees along with transcripts/detailed marks sheets

   • Experience Certificates

   • Valid Licenses (if applicable)

   • Fee Deposit Slip

   • No Objection Certificate (NOC) (if applicable)

B. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

3. Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 62 years of age.

4. Experience & Age Calculation: Experience and age will be calculated as of the closing date of the advertisement (August 20, 2026). Only experience certificates that clearly state the exact dates of employment will be considered.

5. Document Validity: Only documents that are valid/obtained by the closing date of this advertisement will be considered.

6. Current Government/PKLI&RC Employees: Applicants serving in government organizations or currently employed by PKLI&RC must attach a fresh, post-specific NOC issued by their respective departments. NOCs must bear a current date to be accepted.

C. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR APPLICANTS

7. Re-application: Applicants who previously applied under any earlier PKLI&RC advertisements are required to reapply in accordance with the criteria mentioned in this advertisement.

8. Document Authenticity: Submission of fake or forged documents, or concealment or misrepresentation of any information, will result in disqualification or termination of employment at any stage.

9. Eligibility Verification: Only applicants who meet the eligibility criteria should apply. Candidates found ineligible at any stage during the shortlisting or selection process will be disqualified.
