SITUATIONS VACANT

Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering and Technology (MNS UET) Multan, a public sector university established in 2014, aims to offer quality education in engineering and technology. Recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), National Technology Council (NTC), and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), MNS UET Multan seeks qualified, motivated, and dedicated candidates on a contractual basis for the following statutory positions. STATUTORY POSITIONS

1. Registrar (BPS-20)

• Contract Duration: 3 Years
• Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Ph.D. (or equivalent qualification) from an HEC-recognized institution, with 8 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in a recognized public or private institution.
  • MS/M.Phil from an HEC-recognized institution with 10 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience.
  • Master’s degree/BS (4 years) (second division or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution, with 12 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience.

2. Treasurer (BPS-20)

• Contract Duration: 3 Years
• Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institution with 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • MS/M.Phil in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree/BS (4 years) (second division) in Finance, Commerce, Economics, ACCA, ACMA, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution, with 12 years of relevant experience.

3. Controller of Examinations (BPS-20)

• Contract Duration: 3 Years
• Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized institution with 8 years of teaching, administrative, or professional experience.
  • MS/M.Phil from an HEC-recognized institution with 10 years of teaching, administrative, or professional experience.
  • Master’s degree/BS (4 years) (second division or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution, with 12 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience.

GENERAL INFORMATION & APPLICATION SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Application Requirements: Each application must be accompanied by:

   • Six recent passport-size photographs.
   • Attested copies of educational and experience certificates.
   • Valid registration with PEC/PMDC and CNIC.
   • A non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 5000 via bank draft or online deposit to Account #12668500078003 at MNS UET Multan.

2. Application Process:

   • Candidates employed in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel with an NOC.
   • Separate application forms and fees are required for each position applied for.
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/written/skill tests; no TA/DA will be provided.

3. Additional Information:

   • Age relaxation is permissible as per government policy.
   • Candidates who applied previously under advertisement IPL No. 1112 do not need to reapply.
   • Applications that are incomplete or received after the due date will not be considered.
   • Clearly mention the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.
   • Last Date for Submission: December 4, 2024.
