Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BBA preferred)

Work Experience:

  • 5–7 years of experience in the motorcycle industry
  • Experience in electric two-wheelers will be an added advantage

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading regional sales operations, expanding the dealer network, and driving revenue growth in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete regional sales operations
  • Appoint and develop dealer/distributor networks
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Monitor primary and secondary sales performance
  • Execute promotional campaigns and market activation plans
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends
  • Provide dealer support and market feedback
  • Coordinate with:
    • Marketing Team
    • After-Sales Team
    • Supply Chain Department
