Career Opportunity: Regional Head Recovery (Punjab)

Bank of Khyber invites applications from strong, dynamic, and goal-oriented professionals for the position of Regional Head Recovery (Punjab) in its Remedial Asset Management Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the leading financial institutions in the country.

📝 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Education:

    • Graduation (preferably in a relevant field) from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign institution.

    • Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 12 years of overall banking experience.

    • At least 03 years of relevant experience at a senior level in Corporate Debt Recovery/Collection.

    • Candidates with a proven track record of recovering large and stuck NPL (Non-Performing Loan) portfolios will be preferred.

  • Age Limit:

    • As per the Bank’s HR policies.

📌 Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Achieve recovery targets to improve the Bank’s overall financial health.

  • Develop and implement strategies and action plans to boost collection and recovery performance.

  • Regularly evaluate and monitor recovery operations, especially highly delinquent and aged accounts.

  • Lahore, Punjab

💼 Compensation:

  • Market-based remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
