Assistant Director Finance
  1. Supervising, controlling and monitoring all finance and accounts activities.
  2. Timely recording of liabilities, Assets, Stock,
  3. receivables, cash and bank, income and expenses in G/L.
  4. Preparation of annual budgetfor the Hospital. financeiv. Responsible for supervision of all finance
  5. matters of other departments as assigned by the Director Finance. V. Contribute fully to the development of strategy across all areas of the hospital, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and hospital drivers. vi Ensure that financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
  6. Aging ofpayables and receivables.
  7. Clearance/adjustment of advances and recording the effect ofthe same in G/L.
  8. Maintaining proper Books of Accounts for all financial transaction and provident fund of employees that can be presentable to audit or for other govt agencies.

  10. approvals on physical vouchers and verifications through A/P.
  11. Review of Cash/ Bank transactions and maintaining cash flows, bank reconciliation and budget expenditure report onmonthly basis.
  12. Facilitating the Income tax issues and discussions with legal consultants, auditors or any authorities whenever required.
  13. Resolving issues of adjustments.
  14. Any other task assigned by Director Finance.
  1. CA(Finalist) / ACCA (Finalist) / CMA (Finalist) with total experience of 5 year with 3 year experience on managerial post in a relevant role of finance / Accounts / auditing in a reputable organization.
  2. MBA(Finance)/ or equivalent degree in finance and accounts with total experience of 8 year with 4 year experience on managerial post in a relevant role of finance/ Accounts / auditing in a reputable organization.
  3. Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in govt hospitals , ERP implementation and strong knowledge of KPPRAand other Govt/ corporate rules.

  1. Must be registered "Grade A Nurse" with the Pakistan Nursing Council with current license to practice. Three years General Nursing Diploma Course and one year Midwifery Diploma Course from an approved. School of Nursing and Midwifery in Pakistan as equivalence to 14 years Schooling. Required to be computer literate & English Literate.

The post holder will take responsibility in; supervises all nursing activities, leading & managing the Nursing Team/s, unit/shift as ass' led, ens availability and maintenance of alligisu. supplies es and equipment in the unit, provides direct patient care and covers own caseload of patients and maintains own clinical competence. Is able to teach individuals /groups of staff in either formal' informal teaching settings
  1. Must be registered "Grade A Nurse" with the Pakistan Nursing Council with current license to practice. Msc Nursing degree from any recognized institution with 03 years of experience as RN-11/Charge Nurse or equivalent position OR Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (i.e. BSN or Post RN BSC, Nursing) with 05 years of experiences as RN-II/Charge Nurse or equivalent position.
    BSN or Post RN BSC, Nursing with MPII/MSPHAVEBA or any other Master Degree equivalence to 16 Years of Schooling with 05 Years of Experience as RN-II/Charge Nurse or equivalent position.

  2. If the closing date fixed for the receipt of application falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.
  3. Any application / documents received after the closing time and date shall be rejected. No documents will be accepted / changed / replaced once received along with the application. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
  4. Application must be accompanied with the processing fee in the foam of crossed and valid bank draft or receipt in UBL Account No. 0109000238227761 amounting to Rs.500/- (non-refundable) in favor of Hospital Director QHAMC, MTI Nowshera.
  5. Experience Marks for the relevant experience shall be awarded to only those candidates who provide valid documentary evidence for the claimed relevant experience required for the position applied for. Only the relevant experience attained by the candidates after the date of obtaining academic qualification will be counted.
  6. It will be the responsibility of candidate to provide valid equivalency certificate from BEEC Pakistan along with the application to justify their academic eligibility for the post to be applied for.
  7. Degree in-progress type of academic certificates shall not be considered.
  8. Only a limited number of shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview, as the case may be and as deemed appropriate by the administration of the QHAMC mu. Short listing will be made on the basis BoG approved marking criteria.
  9. In case of selection / appointment, the services of such candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 and the rules / regulations framed there under, as amended from time to time.
  10. All the processes related to selection of appropriate candidates will be done on merit. Any candidate attempting to influence the recruitment and selection processes will render the candidate liable for rejection from the selection process.
  11. Candidates already serving with any public or private sector organization or department shall route their application through proper channel.
  12. Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from the selection process if she' he:
    1. Has been convicted by a court of or dismissed/ terminated/ removed from service; and/or
    2. Furnishes any false /forged information and/ or documents while applying for any post; and/or
    3. Suppresses any information which may lead to her/his disqualification from the selection; and/ or
    4. Attempts to influence the selection process in her/his s favor or against any other candidate; and/or or
    5. Misbehaves during the test and  selection interview.

  16. The Competent Authority of QHAMC MTI, Nowshera shall have the undeniable vested right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
