VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Punjab Education Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from eligible candidates for the following contract-based positions at MPS-1 for a period of three (3) years:

1. Managing Director (Operations)

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Qualification:
    PhD, MPhil/MS, or Master's/BS (16 years of education, minimum 2nd Division or 2.5 CGPA) in:

    • Public Policy/Administration

    • Business Administration

    • Management

    • Educational Leadership & Planning

    • Economics

    • Any other relevant field
      (Degrees must be from well-reputed national or international institutions recognized by HEC)

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years (after Master's/BS)

    • 7 years (after MPhil/MS)

    • 5 years (after PhD)
      (Administrative experience in a public or private sector organization)

  • Age Limit: 35–55 years

2. Managing Director (Academics)

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Qualification:
    PhD, MPhil/MS, or Master's/BS (16 years of education, minimum 2nd Division or 2.5 CGPA) in:

    • Education

    • Curriculum Studies

    • Assessment

    • Public Policy

    • Educational Policy

    • Social Sciences

    • Any other relevant field

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years (after Master's/BS)

    • 7 years (after MPhil/MS)

    • 5 years (after PhD)
      (Relevant experience in Curriculum, Textbook Development, Assessment, Teacher Training, or Academic Administration in the public/private sector)

  • Age Limit: 35–55 years

3. Managing Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Qualification:
    PhD, MPhil/MS, or Master's/BS (16 years of education, minimum 2nd Division or 2.5 CGPA) in:

    • Educational Assessment

    • Statistics

    • Engineering

    • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

    • Public Policy/Administration

    • Project Management

    • Any other relevant field

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years (after Master's/BS)

    • 7 years (after MPhil/MS)

    • 5 years (after PhD)
      (Experience in assessment, monitoring, evaluation, public administration, or quality assurance in the public/private sector)

  • Age Limit: 35–55 years
