9. Special Vehicle Operator (SVO)

Matric with valid HTV Civil Driving License
Preference for ex-servicemen with minimum TT class
Experience: 3 years in construction-related field

10. Driver

Qualification:

Matric with valid LTV & HTV Civil Driving License
Experience: 2 years in a reputable organization preferred

Terms & Conditions

Age Limit: 18–35 years (relaxable based on experience/skills as per rules).
Retired Armed Forces Personnel: Appointed as per rank equivalence.
Academic Criteria: One 2nd Division allowed from Matric onward if final degree is 1st Division. No 3rd Division allowed (except posts 8 & 9).
Degree Recognition: Degrees must be from HEC/PEC or relevant accreditation bodies.
Government Employees: Must present NOC at the time of test/interview.
Posting Locations: Mostly Rawalpindi/Islamabad (except Sr. 3 & 4c in Karachi). May be posted anywhere in Pakistan or abroad.
Employment Scheme: CPF/PF as per government policy.
Nationality: Only Pakistani citizens. Dual nationals and individuals married to foreign nationals are not eligible.
Scrutiny: All credentials will be verified. Misleading/fake information may lead to disqualification.
