SITUATION VACANT

A Public Sector Organization invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for appointment against the following positions on a contract basis:

1. Position: Senior Assistant (Admin)

  • Pay Scale: SPS-4 to SPS-6

  • Required Qualification:

    • B.Com / BBA / BCS (minimum two years) OR

    • BA / BSc in a relevant field with First Division

  • Required Experience:

    • Minimum two years experience in office/record management

    • Preference will be given to retired PAF JCOs (Clerical Staff)

2. Position: Junior Assistant-I (Accounts)

  • Pay Scale: SPS-4

  • Required Qualification:

    • B.Com / BBA / BCS (minimum two years) OR

    • BA / BSc in a relevant field with First Division

  • Required Experience:

    • Minimum two years experience in office/records management

    • Preference will be given to retired PAF JCOs (Accounts Staff)

General Instructions:

  1. Only Male Pakistani Nationals up to 35 years of age are eligible to apply.

    • For retired PAF personnel, the age limit is extended to 45 years.

  2. These positions are to be filled on a contract basis.

  3. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via separate call letters for a written test and interview.

  4. Candidates currently employed in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel.

  5. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.

  6. Final selection will be based on the recommendation of the Selection Board after the interview.

    • The decision of the board will be final and non-challengeable.

  7. Interested candidates must submit their application along with the following documents:

    • Updated CV

    • Two (2) recent passport-size photographs

    • Attested copies of educational documents
