2	Technical Resource Person	Minimum Bachelors (sixteen years or 14 years of Education) in sociology, social work. anthropology. international studies. economics, business administration or related filed.) Previous experience of organizing and conducting training in nasal areas, lispi.rience in the sectorshaMiisectors of community development. enterprise development. mkroilinance. financial management, agriculture, livestock, mines & minerals, Forestry. Handicrafts etc.
3	Local Facilitators	Minimum FA/FSC and be able to read. write and use android based application: Previous experience in community development/financial managemaWancrprise tkvelopmcnt. Able to travel as perjob requirement.
