VACANT POSITIONS AND DETAILS

Admin & Finance Manager BPS-17 1 Max 45 years - MBA/M.Com or equivalent with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Knowledge of public sector accounts and audit procedures.
- Must be computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.)
- Excellent command of English.
- Preference: Experience in public sector institutions.
Warehouse Manager BPS-17 1 Max 45 years - Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical or MBA.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse management.
- Proficient in advanced technologies and communication tools.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Warehouse Assistant BPS-16 1 Max 45 years - MBA/M.Com or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse/logistics preferred.
- Excellent English and computer skills.
Accountant BPS-16 1 Max 45 years - MBA/M.Com or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Knowledge of public sector accounting rules and systems.
- Preference: Experience in public sector accounts.
Assistant BPS-16 1 Max 45 years - 2nd class Bachelor’s (BA/BSc) or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Must be well-versed with MS Office and computer software.
Computer Operator BPS-16 1 Max 45 years - 2nd class Bachelor’s + 1-year IT Diploma OR 4-year BS in CS/IT.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience.
- Typing speed: 30+ WPM.
Forklift Driver BPS-11 1 Max 45 years - Matric or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certificate from a recognized institute.
- 1–2 years’ relevant experience preferred.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The positions are purely project-based. No claims for regularization will be entertained after project completion.

  2. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA test based on submitted credentials. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted post-test.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be issued interview call letters.

  4. All applicants must create a profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC through NADRA.

  5. Applications must be submitted online; do not send physical documents to ETEA.

  6. Screening test will be conducted by ETEA.

  7. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

  8. Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through proper channel.

  9. Separate applications (and fees) must be submitted for each post.

  10. No TA/DA will be admissible.

  11. HEC equivalence certificate must be attached for foreign degrees.

  12. Number of posts may be adjusted by the competent authority.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online starting from 20th May 2025.

  2. After online submission, download the deposit slip and pay the fee via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UBL OMNI, or any UBL branch.

  3. Keep a copy of the paid deposit slip (with agent stamp).

  4. Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA unless asked.

  5. Candidates will be informed via SMS to download Roll Number Slips from the ETEA website.

  6. Ensure your mobile number is active and not converted (ported).

  7. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.
