PSPC Leadership Induction Program (PLIP) – 3rd Batch

PSPC is launching the third batch of its prestigious Leadership Induction Program, aimed at nurturing future leaders in the fields of management and engineering. This program seeks talented, self-motivated, and result-oriented individuals ready to begin a challenging yet rewarding career with PSPC.

Available Positions

  • Management Trainees

  • Trainee Engineers

Eligibility Criteria

1. Qualification Requirements
Candidates must possess at least 16 years of education with:

  • Minimum 60% marks (where percentages apply)

  • Minimum 2.5/4.0 or 3.0/5.0 CGPA (where GPA system applies)

  • Degrees must be from HEC recognized institutions or foreign institutions (with HEC equivalence certificate if applicable).

Fields of Study

  • For Management Trainees:
    Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resources, Engineering, ACCA, CA or related disciplines.

  • For Trainee Engineers:
    Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering (with valid PEC registration), Chemistry, Product Design, Fine Arts (Painting, Printmaking, Multimedia), or related disciplines.

Note: Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible.

Age Criteria

  • Maximum Age: 26 years as of the application deadline.

  • Relaxation: +3 years for candidates from Ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, and Azad Kashmir.

  • PSPC Non-Management Employees: Maximum age limit is 50 years.

Pre-Induction Process

Selected candidates must complete the following pre-induction requirements:

  • Medical Examination

  • Psychological/Psychometric Assessment

  • Security Clearance

  • Applied Theoretical Training (mandatory before official appointment)

Compensation and Benefits

During Training:

  • Monthly Stipend: Rs. 40,000

Post Training (Upon Appointment as Assistant Manager – Officer Grade I):

  • Monthly Consolidated Salary: Rs. 80,000

  • Additional Benefits:
