VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

(ADP Scheme – Purely on Contract Basis for 2 Years or till 30-06-2027, whichever is earlier)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following project-based positions under the ADP Scheme:

1. Deputy Director, Cyber Security & AI (BPS-18)

Qualification:

  • 1st Class Master’s Degree (16 Years of Education) in Computer Science, BCS (4 Years), BIT, MIT, MCS, MS (Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT) from HEC recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 07 years of experience in IT services management, e-Governance, large-scale web/mobile application development, and web management.

  • Certification in Cyber Security, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Open Source Development is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Python, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), JavaScript, HTML & CSS

    • MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB

    • Data Modeling, ERD, and ETL

    • Apache, Nginx, HAProxy, Galera/InnoDB clustering

    • Large-scale enterprise security

Age Limit: 30–40 years

2. Application Developer (BPS-17)

Qualification:

  • 1st Class BS (14/16 Years) in CS/BCS/BIT or equivalent from HEC recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years relevant experience in application creation, modeling, and design in the public/government sector.

  • Skills Required:

    • PHP (Laravel), ORM, SDLC, Linux/Ubuntu administration

    • Problem-solving and optimization skills

    • Source code versioning (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket)

Age Limit: 25–35 years

3. Data Analyst / Validator (BPS-17)

Qualification:

  • MIT/MCS/MSc in CS/Data Science or equivalent from HEC recognized university.

  • Emerging tech degree holders may also be considered upon approval.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years relevant experience in:

    • Data Analysis, Business Intelligence

    • Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning

    • Cross-sectional analysis from multiple data sources

Age Limit: 25–35 years

4. UI/UX Specialist

Qualification:

  • At least 1st Class IT/BCS degree (HEC recognized).

Experience:

  • 3 years of proven experience in:

    • UI/UX Design, Usability, Wireframing

    • Mobile & Web Interface Mockups

Age Limit: 25–30 years

5. Graphic Designer

Qualification:

  • Minimum 2nd Class BS (CS/IT – 14/16 years), MCS/MSc (CS/IT) from HEC recognized institution.

Experience:

  • At least 02 years of post-qualification experience in:

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Infographics and Layout Design

Age Limit: 25–35 years

6. Computer Operator (BPS-16)

Qualification:

  • Minimum 2nd Class BS (CS/IT – 4 years) or BCS/BIT + DIT from HEC recognized institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in:

    • Documentation, Data Entry, Office IT Support

Age Limit: 25–35 years

7. Driver (BPS-06)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Middle or Matric pass

  • Valid LTV License

  • Minimum 4 years driving experience

  • Knowledge of government office protocol

  • Good character certificate from previous department

Age Limit: 30–45 years

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in ETEA test based on submitted credentials. Final scrutiny will be done by the appointing authority.

  2. Any false/forged documents at any stage will disqualify the candidate.

  3. All candidates must create an ETEA profile and verify their CNIC through NADRA e-Sahulat prior to application.

  4. Screening test will be conducted by ETEA.

  5. Only eligible candidates should apply before the due date.

  6. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

  7. Age relaxation will be admissible per government rules.

  8. Government employees must apply through proper channel.

  9. Separate application is required for each post.

  10. No TA/DA will be admissible.

  11. HEC-attested degrees must be submitted.

  12. The department reserves the right to cancel recruitment without assigning any reason.

  5. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip (downloadable from ETEA).
