SITUATIONS VACANT

The Supreme Court of Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites applications from eligible candidates on open merit basis for the following positions:

1. Protocol Officer (BPS-17)

Number of Posts: 1

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Graduate degree.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Strong liaison and communication skills.

  • Capable of:

    • Assisting in planning official meetings and ceremonies.

    • Securing visas from Foreign Offices or Embassies.

    • Making travel and hospitality arrangements.

    • Liaising with other institutions.

    • Facilitating delegations during official visits.

Preference:

  • Candidates with prior experience in protocol duties, particularly within judicial, diplomatic, or high-level government departments, will be given preference.

2. Generator Operator (BPS-07)

Number of Posts: 1

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Matric with a relevant Diploma/Certificate.

  • Minimum 1-year experience in the relevant field.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Candidates serving in Government or Semi-Government institutions must apply through proper channel or submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department.

  2. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

  3. Age Limit: 21 to 40 years as of the last date for submission of applications.

  4. Only relevant experience from a recognized institution will be considered.

  5. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

  6. No TA/DA will be provided for tests, demonstrations, or interviews.

  7. A list of short-listed candidates along with the test/interview schedule will be uploaded on the official website after the application deadline.
