PUNJAB ENFORCEMENT AND REGULATORY AUTHORITY (PERA)
The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) has been established under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024 as an autonomous body under the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD). The objective is to streamline enforcement and regulatory functions across Punjab.
PERA invites applications from highly qualified, motivated, and competent professionals for the following contract-based positions:
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: LLB (5 years) or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of practice as an advocate.
Pay Package: As per SPPP-5 and other benefits admissible under PERA (Appointment & Conditions of Services for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2024.
Domicile Requirement: All Punjab
Number of Posts: 53
Place of Posting: One post per Enforcement Station at the Divisional/District/Tehsil level across Punjab.
