Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA)
The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) has been established by the Government of the Punjab under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024. It functions as an autonomous body under the S&GAD to streamline enforcement and regulatory functions across Punjab.
PERA invites applications from highly qualified, motivated, and competent professionals for the following contractual positions. The appointment will be for a three-year term, extendable upon satisfactory performance.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s in Law (LLB – 3 or 5 years) or equivalent from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of legal practice as an advocate.
Domicile Requirement:
All Punjab
Pay Package:
SPPP-5, along with other admissible benefits under the PERA (Appointment & Conditions of Service for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2025.
Number of Positions:
Total: 154 Prosecutor positions, including 53 previously advertised.
Location: One Prosecutor in each PERA Enforcement Station across Punjab.
