JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Position Title: Project Manager (Female)
Project Title: GBV Support for Afghan Nationals in Rawalpindi and Islamabad
Gender: Only females can apply for this position.
Location: Islamabad & Rawalpindi
Salary: PKR 280,000 to 300,000
Duration: One year (likely extendable)
Start Date: As early as possible
Closing Date: 10 days from the date of this announcement
Qualification: Degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the project from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within the stipulated time and budget.
- Team Supervision and Capacity Building: Manage and mentor the project team, providing support and capacity-building opportunities.
- Coordination with Stakeholders: Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting: Oversee project monitoring and evaluation activities, and prepare regular reports on progress and impact.
- Risk Management and Safeguarding: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the safety and well-being of all project participants.
- Awareness and Advocacy: Promote awareness and advocate for gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and support within the target communities.
