National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), the official telecom service provider to the Government of Pakistan, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the project:

“Replacement of NTC’s Long Haul Core Transmission Equipment”

All positions are offered on a contract basis for a period of two (02) years.

Available Positions

---

1. Project Manager (PPS-8)

Salary: Rs. 218,750 per month
Place of Posting: Islamabad
Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom).

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in optical transmission networks (DWDM/SDH/OTN).

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with OTN technology.

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the telecom sector.

• Must have successfully completed at least one end-to-end project (planning to handover).

• Preference will be given to candidates having:

  • Experience managing transmission network projects.

  • Experience working with multi-vendor network environments.

• Valid PEC registration is mandatory.

2. Transmission Engineer (PPS-7)

Salary: Rs. 157,500 per month

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Telecom).

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in optical transmission networks (DWDM/SDH/OTN).

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with OTN technology.

• Minimum 1 year of project management or coordination experience.

• Practical experience with DWDM/OTN equipment installation and commissioning.

• Preference will be given to candidates having large-scale network engineering experience.

• PEC registration is mandatory.

3. Project Controller (PPS-6)

Salary: Rs. 105,000 per month
Place of Posting: Islamabad
Maximum Age Limit: 33 Years

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project controlling or project management support.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).

• Expertise in:

  • Project progress monitoring

  • Reporting

  • Project documentation management

4. Accountant (PPS-6)

Salary: Rs. 105,000 per month
Place of Posting: Islamabad
Maximum Age Limit: 33 Years

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an accountant.

• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant telecom or project accounting experience.

5. Engineering Supervisor (PPS-5)

Salary: Rs. 70,000 per month
Place of Posting: Karachi / Lahore
Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Telecom.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with DWDM/SDH/OTN systems.

• Familiarity with network configuration through NMS.

• Practical experience in:

  • Transmission equipment installation

  • Testing

  • Troubleshooting

6. Driver (MPS-2)

Salary: Rs. 25,000 per month
Place of Posting: Islamabad
Age Limit: 20–25 Years

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience, preferably in a reputable government organization.

• Valid LTV/HTV driving license.
