Project Manager – Enterprise (AVP/VP Level)
Location: Karachi
Department: Information Technology
Reporting to: Senior Project Manager – Enterprise
Educational/Professional Qualification:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institute.
Preference will be given to candidates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Computer Science.
Relevant certifications in Project Management or related fields will be an advantage.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology and/or Project Management.
Minimum 2 years specifically managing IT-related projects, preferably software applications.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent analytical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, team collaboration, and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
In-depth knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures.
Familiarity with standard project documentation practices and project lifecycle standards.
Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Plan, execute, and oversee the closure of IT projects in alignment with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
Gather and document detailed project requirements, defining deliverables, assumptions, risks, and constraints.
Prepare key project artifacts such as work breakdown structures, risk plans, communication strategies, and resource/cost plans.
Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks.
Monitor and track progress to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and encourage effective communication.
Proactively identify and manage risks to minimize impact on project objectives.
Maintain and update project schedules and critical milestones.
Troubleshoot challenges and make data-driven decisions to achieve successful outcomes.
Continuously assess and improve project execution processes.
Regularly report project progress, financials, and risk status to relevant stakeholders.
Manage any changes to project scope collaboratively and efficiently.
Undertake any additional assignments provided by supervisors.

Contractual (Initial 3 years, renewable based on performance and management discretion).
