Vacancy Announcement

The Digital Communication Department of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Islamabad, invites applications from dynamic and qualified individuals for various project-based positions under the PSDP Project titled “Establishment of National Communication & Strategy Unit (ENCSU)”. All appointments are to be made on a merit basis.

Available Positions

Eligibility Criteria

1. Project Head

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor's degree (16 years education) in Project Management, Business Administration, or Digital Media Marketing from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management within reputable national or international organizations. Preference will be given to candidates with international exposure.

• Age Limit: 40–50 years.

2. Campaign Manager (Economy)

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years education) in Digital Media Marketing, Mass Communication, or Economics from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: 7 years in planning, executing, and optimizing digital/social media campaigns. Preference for those with international experience.

• Age Limit: 35–45 years.

3. Campaign Manager (Culture & Tourism)

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years education) in Tourism & Culture, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or History of Pakistan from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: 7 years in executing digital media campaigns. Preference for candidates with international exposure.

• Age Limit: 35–45 years.

4. Campaign Manager (Outreach)

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years education) in Digital Media Marketing, Mass Communication, or Public Relations from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: 7 years in campaign management and outreach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preference for those with international experience.

• Age Limit: 35–45 years.

5. Content Developer (Economy)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (14 years education) in Digital Media Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or Economics from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: 5 years in developing content for digital media campaigns, especially focused on the economy. Preference for international experience.

• Age Limit: 35–45 years.

6. Researcher

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (14 years education) in Computer Science, Mass Communication, or Media Studies from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: 3 years in digital media campaign research in a reputable organization. Preference for international exposure.

• Age Limit: 35–45 years.

7. Assistant

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (14 years education) in Computer Science, Mass Communication, or Media Studies from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.

• Age Limit: 25–40 years.

General Terms & Conditions

1. All posts are merit-based.

2. Contract Duration: Initially for one (01) year, extendable based on performance and project needs.
