VACANCY POSITIONS

Digital Communication Department, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Islamabad, invites applications from qualified, energetic, experienced, and motivated individuals for the following contract-based PSDP Project:
"Establishment of National Communication & Strategy Unit."

Qualification, Experience & Eligibility

1. Project Head (PPS-10)

  • Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) in Project Management/Business Administration/Digital Media Marketing or equivalent from HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management (national/international organizations).
  • Age: 40-50 years. Preference for candidates with international exposure.

2. Campaign Manager (PPS-9)

  • Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) in relevant fields such as Digital Media, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Economics, etc.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT/System Analysis/Design, ICT Security, or similar roles in BS-17 or equivalent.
  • Age: 35-45 years. Preference for certifications like CDCP, Networking, and Security.

3. Content Developer (PPS-8)

  • Education: Bachelor’s (14 years) in Digital Media Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital media content development, especially in culture and tourism.
  • Age: 35-45 years. Preference for experience with international organizations.

4. Researcher (PPS-7)

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Mass Communication/Media Sciences.
  • Age: 25-40 years. Preference for international experience.

5. Assistant (PPS-5)

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Mass Communication/Media Sciences.
  • Age: 25-40 years. Preference for international experience.

6. Steno Typist (PPS-4)

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Mass Communication/Media Sciences.
  • Age: 25-40 years. Preference for international experience.

7. Naib Qasid (PPS-1)

  • Education: Middle/Primary.
  • Age: 18-30 years.

General Instructions

  1. Merit Quota: All positions are based on merit.
  2. Contract Duration: Initial contract for 1 year, extendable based on performance and project tenure.
