HIRING OF PROJECT ENGINEER NIHD CENTER OF EXCELENCE FOR PREVENTIVE
CARDIOLOGY RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT NEPCARD
Applications are invited for the position of Project Engineer from highly committed and motivated candidates, on Contract Basis, for the project titled "Establishment of NIHD Center of Excellence for Preventive Cardiovascular Research and Development" abbreviated as 'EPCARD. This project involves
33 construction, equipping and staffing of at three storied tower (with basement) housing offices, research labs and allied services.

4. Terms of Reference
a. Job Description: Project Engineer shall
(1) Assist Project Director by monitoring the construction activity on day to day basis
(2) Account for incoming construction store for specification and quality with the help of store keeper
(3) 3 Inspect construction material/store on arrival correlating it to project Bill of
(4) Establish and maintain close liaison with the project contractor.
(5) Process payables for due approval process in time
(6) Suggest viable measures for effective construction management
(7) Overall project management
b. Experience
(1) 8-10 years of experience construction projects (preferably of hospitals)
(2) Certification in project management will be preferred.
(3) Hands on experience of MS Project, Prima Vera and Auto-Cad.
c. Age: Maximum 40 years (Age waiver to be applicable in case of already/ existing working experience in the relevant department/institute).
5.
