Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the post of Project Director, Benevolent Fund Tower, blue area,
Islamabad on fixed salary basis for initial contract period of one year (extendable on satisfactory performance on mutually agreed terms and conditions).   1. University degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized foreign or local University in first Division.
  2. Minimum 15 years experience as Project Director on high rise commercial projects out of which 5 years could be as Deputy Project Director or Construction Engineer.
  3. Must have understandings of Construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.
  4. Proficient in MS Project, Word and Excel,
  5. Excellent Organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  6. Must be registered as a Professional Engineer with PEC.
  7. Must be conversant with prima vera.
  8. Certified PMP will be preferred.

Conditions:

  1. Advertisement can be downloaded from FEB&GIF website www.febgif.gov.pk
  2. The eligible candidates are advised to apply online through National Job Portal web link i.e. https://njp.gov.pk/ within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
  3. Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/ interview.
  4. Candidates will be required to bring Original Documents and two (02) set of attested copies of document at the time of interview.
  5. Appointments shall be subject to verification of educational/other documents and antecedents. If the documents of any appointee are found fake at any stage, he/she shall be liable to be terminated and shall also be liable to legal action.
  6. Candidates already serving in Government Departments/Autonomous Bodies/Semi autonomous Bodies/Corporations etc. should apply through proper channel.
  7. The FEB&GIF reserves the right not to fill any vacancy if the circumstances so warranted.
