The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the PHCIP and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The Project aims to increase the access to quality health services, and economic and social inclusion programs, among poor and vulnerable households in selected districts of Punjab.

PMIU-PESRP now invites experienced candidates having relevant qualification and experience to indicate their interest in providing the services.

Manager		 Qualification
  • At least, Master's degree or quivalent (sixteen (16) years of education), in Development Studies/ Business Administration/ Public Policy/ Social Policy/ Social /Economic Development/ Public Administration / MBBS/ B.Sc. Engineering or relevant discipline, from an HEC recognized foreign or local university.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or any other relevant certification, shall be accorded due weightage.
Experience
  • At least, ten (10) yers of documentary verifiable'relevant experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications, in public ancUor private sector in national/intemational organiz,ations, preferably in education management and early childhood education (ECE) with increasing responsibility.
  • Must have strong team building and management skills as well as an understanding of organizational development.

The selection will be made in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants of World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" dated July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018 ("Procurement Regulations"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
