General Instructions:

  1. Eligibility: Only Sindh domiciled applicants are eligible.
  2. Application Submission: Clearly mention the name of the post and specialty on the right top of the envelope.
  3. International Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant international qualifications.
  4. Required Documents:
    • Application with 1 photograph
    • Attested photocopies of qualifications, experience, publications, domicile, and CNIC
    • Three current referral letters
    • Brief curriculum vitae
  5. Government Service Applicants: Those currently in government service or public sector higher education institutions must apply through the proper channel (with a copy of N.O.C).
  6. Incomplete Applications: Will not be entertained.
  7. Confidentiality: All information will be kept confidential.
  8. Pre-Interview Test: If a large number of candidates apply, a pre-interview MCQ test will be held to shortlist applicants.
  9. Right to Cancel: Dow University of Health Sciences reserves the right to cancel any or all applications.
  10. Shortlisted Candidates: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  11. Age Relaxation: Subject to the approval of the Scrutiny Committee/Selection Board.
