  • Candidates must meet the qualification and experience requirements for the respective post.

Application Procedure

  1. Online Application:

    • Apply through: ?? www.gscwu.edu.pk by Friday, December 19, 2025.

    • After online submission, send three (03) hard copies of the application, including:

      • Attested copies of all degrees & certificates

      • One recent passport-size photograph

      • Copy of online fee challan (non-refundable)

    • Processing Fee:

      • Professor: Rs. 6,000/-

      • Associate Professor: Rs. 5,000/-

      • Assistant Professor: Rs. 3,000/-

      • Lecturer: Rs. 2,000/-

  2. Dossier Submission:

    • Professors & Associate Professors must submit complete dossier & research papers on CD in both hard and soft copies.

  3. Multiple Posts:

    • Apply separately for each post and pay separate application fee for each.

  4. Government Employees:

    • Submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current department by the due date.

  5. Submission Method:

    • Hard copies must be sent via registered mail / courier. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.

    • Clearly mention the post applied for and mode of appointment on the top right corner of the envelope.

    • Online interviews may be allowed in special circumstances with approval from the Selection Board.

  1. May not fill, withdraw, or withhold any advertised post.

  2. Shortlisting will be based on academic qualifications and experience; only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

  3. Number of vacancies may be increased or decreased depending on budget availability.

  4. Nature of posts may be changed according to university needs.

  5. The university is not responsible for delays by courier or post.
