| Professor | PhD in English, Education, Urdu with minimum 10 years post PhD teaching experience (Publications as per HEC requirement and HEC approved Supervisor). |
| Associate Professor | PhD in Business Administration, English, Education, Urdu & Mathematics with minimum 5 years post PhD teaching experience (Publication as per HEC requirement and HEC approved Supervisor). |
| Assistant Professor | PhD in Business Administration, Computer Science, English, Education, Urdu & Mathematics, with no experience, or Masters degree (foreign) or MS/MPhil (Pakistan) or equivalent degrees awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from NEC recognized University/Institution, along-with 04 years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or Degree Awarding Institution. |
| Lecturer | First Class MS/MPhil/equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in Business Administration, Computer Science, English, Urdu & Mathematics from HEC recognized University/Institution. |
| Controller of Examination | University or Degree Awarded Institution. MA/MSc with 12 years relevant experience in Grade 17 and above in a University of Degree Awarded Institution. |
