Faculty & Staff Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Professor/Associate Professor: FCPS/M.Phil./PhD (or equivalent qualification as per PMDC)

  • Assistant Professor/Senior Demonstrator: FCPS/MD/MS (or equivalent qualification as per PMDC)

  • Assistant Professor/Senior Registrar: MHPE/MME/PhD (or equivalent qualification as per PMDC)

  • Registrar: FCPS/M.Phil.

  • Nursing Lecturer: FCPS/MD/MS (or equivalent qualification as per PMDC)

  • Principal: MCPS/D.A

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed college/university.

  • Experience as per the criteria of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for higher education positions.

  • Nursing staff should have a minimum of 2 years of hospital experience.

  • Technician/Technologist roles require a BS or diploma in relevant fields.

Nursing Staff for Hospital:

  • Staff Nurses: BS Nursing/BSN (approved by PNC with valid registration card)

  • CNA/CMW/LHV: Minimum 2 years of hospital experience, approved by PNC with valid registration card.
