JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for the following positions on a Basic Pay Scale (BPS) basis for the NUML Islamabad Campus.

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

Position Pay Scale Minimum Qualification and Experience
Professor of Computer Science BPS-21

* Qualification: Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized university.

 

* Experience: At least 15 years of teaching or research experience.

 

* Publications: A high level of relevant, standard research publications meeting HEC requirements.
Assistant Professor of International Relations BPS-19

* Qualification: M.Phil or Master's degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

 

* Experience: At least 5 years of teaching experience.

Application Procedure

 

1.Download the Application Form:Online Portal.

Access the official NUML website to download the prescribed Job Application Form directly from:

2.Compile the Document Dossier:Attestation Required.

Prepare your application packet. You must physically sign and enlist all attached documents. Include the following items:

  • Detailed, updated CV.

  • Attested photocopies of all educational degrees and certificates.

  • Professional experience certificates.

  • A copy of your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).

  • Two recent passport-sized photographs.


3.Pay the Processing Fee:Bank Draft.

Get a non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 1,000/- issued in favor of the Rector, NUML Islamabad.


4.Dispatch via Courier:Before Deadline.

Send the completed application packet exclusively through a registered courier service.

Note: Applications submitted by hand, via email, or received after the closing date will not be entertained.

 

Important Conditions & Guidelines

  • Application Deadline: The absolute last date for the submission of applications is 15-08-2026.

  • Government Sector Applicants: Candidates currently serving in Government, Semi-Government organizations, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel by the due date. A recent No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their employer is mandatory.

  • Selection Policy: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for subsequent testing or interviews. The final decision of the University remains absolute in all evaluation cases.

  • Administrative Rights: The University reserves the full right to fill any position, withhold the appointment against any advertised slot, or reject any application without assigning any reason.

  • Travel Allowance: No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in tests or interviews.
