Application Fee (Non-Refundable):

Rs. 5,000 for BPS-20 and above

Rs. 4,000 for BPS-18 & 19
(To be deposited in favor of Treasurer, UET Taxila)

Submit applications with the prescribed form available at university website, along with:

Attested copies of degrees, transcripts, and certificates

Valid PEC Registration (for engineering disciplines only)

Copy of CNIC

One recent passport-size photograph

Original deposit receipt of the application fee

Applicants for Professor and Associate Professor must submit:

Hard copy of Research Profile Proforma (Annexure-A)

Soft copy at ?? hr@uettaxila.edu.pk

Only qualifications and experience supported by valid documentary proof (submitted by closing date) will be considered.

In-service candidates must apply through proper channel and attach No Objection Certificate.

Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS) will apply as per Punjab Pension Rules, 2025.

Age relaxation may be considered according to university/government rules.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

Separate application and original bank receipt are required for each post applied.

Any false document will result in immediate disqualification.

The university reserves the right to increase, decrease, withdraw any post, or cancel the advertisement without providing reasons.

Incomplete applications or those submitted without fee receipt or after the deadline will not be considered.

Probation for regular appointments may be extended up to 4 years based on performance.

Quotas for minorities, women, and disabled persons will be observed where applicable.
