Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals (Male/Female) on prescribed forms on the following positions on regular basis. The last date for submission of application is August 20, 2026.

1.5	Network Engr./Web Administrator/Assistant Director (BPS-17)	01	First Class Master Degree or equivalent qualification (18 years) in Computer Science/Information Technology from HEC recognized University/Institution.
1.6	Accounts Officer (BPS-16)	01	MBA/M.Com at least 2nd division from a recognized university OR B.Com with at least 2nd Division with 03 years experience in the relevant field.

Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA test based on the credentials provided. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, his/her candidature will be cancelled by the Appointing Authority.
2. All the candidates are required to create profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print a Soltani taken from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC verified from NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Soltani). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
4. Interview calls will be issued to short listed candidates only.
5. The selection committee will be governed by the provisions of the Statutes/Statutes of Abbottabad University of Science & Technology and Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
6. Candidates are advised to apply in all respects prior to the last date of receipt of the applications.
7. For the post at serial No. 2, preference shall be given to candidates having experience as a Web Administrator.
8. Age limit for serial No. 3, only candidates possessing domicile of Hazara Division shall be eligible to apply.
9. Age limit for initial appointment from BPS-16 to BPS-18 shall be 18 to 35 years, as per Abbottabad UST Statutes.
10. Applications received after due date will not be entertained/incomplete applications or application submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
11. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing rules.
12. In case of screening system, CGPA of 3.00 shall be considered as First Division.
13. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel. A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
14. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
15. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
16. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online. After successful online submission of application, a printed copy of the online application along with attested copies of all documents, bank receipt and one passport size photograph shall be submitted to the office of the Registrar, Abbottabad University of Science & Technology, Captain Akash Rabbani Shaheed, Havelian, Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

Projected candidates must pay visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online. After successful online submission of application, a printed copy of the online application along with attested copies of all documents, bank receipt and one passport size photograph shall be submitted to the office of the Registrar, Abbottabad University of Science & Technology, Captain Akash Rabbani Shaheed, Havelian, Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

Take a printout of the generated bank receipt and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through any online branch of any bank in Pakistan. The bank receipt must be submitted along with the application form.

After successful online submission, keep the original bank receipt (candidate copy) having bank stamp with yourself and do not send it to ETEA office.

After online apply, don’t send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by the candidates who qualify for screening test/interview, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

Availability of online application form on ETEA website shall be from 5th May to 20th August, 2026.

Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Test schedule will be uploaded on ETEA website.

Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.

No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier service.

Note: Errors and omissions, if any, will be rectified by the University.
