Academic Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in English, Sciences, Early Childhood Education, or Educational Leadership (M.Ed., MA Education, or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Sciences, or Mathematics obtained through regular study.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as the Head of an Early Years and/or Primary School, with a proven track record of school development and academic improvement.
2–3 years in the capacity of a Subject Coordinator or Academic Coordinator.
A cumulative 5–8 years of progressive teaching experience at the Early Years and/or Primary level.
Certifications & Courses (Preferred):
Diplomas or certificates from British Council, Cambridge University, or recognized foreign institutions in:
School Leadership
Montessori Methods
Early Years Education
Child Psychology
Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of child-centered and progressive pedagogical practices.
Demonstrated ability to:
Lead and motivate teaching staff.
Develop and implement curriculum frameworks.
Oversee lesson planning, assessments, and report writing.
Organize co-curricular and enrichment activities.
Manage daycare operations, staff schedules, and administrative systems.
Effective school leadership, staff development, and parental communication.
Confident use of ICT and digital platforms for enhancing the learning process.
Empathetic, organized, and committed to students’ academic and emotional development.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, or English.
A Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
Professional Experience:
Proven expertise in creating interactive, creative, and engaging lesson plans for young learners.
Experience with project-based or thematic learning methodologies.
Certifications (Preferred):
Training from British Council, Cambridge, or Pearson in teaching and learning.
Montessori or Early Years certification.
Familiarity with formative and summative assessment techniques suited to early education.
Proficient in classroom management and child-centered instruction.
Skilled in using digital tools and interactive resources for early learners.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Passionate about the holistic development of children — emotional, academic, and social.
Ability to multitask and participate actively in school-wide events, celebrations, and co-curricular programs.
