Our client, a leading group in Pakistan, is launching a new electric bike/scooter assembly plant with an annual sales target of 30,000 units for the initial two years. As part of this ambitious project, we are inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for senior leadership roles at the production facility based in Lahore.
Educational Qualification:
CA Inter, ACMA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup
At least 3 years’ experience in the two-wheeler industry is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Financial planning and budgeting
Cost control and management
Handling imports, LCs, and financing operations
Managing audits and ensuring tax compliance
Coordination with FBR, SECP, and commercial banks
Overseeing financial arrangements for operational and expansion activities
Educational Qualification:
MBA in Marketing or an equivalent degree
Experience:
12–15 years of progressive experience in sales (consumer or dealer-based)
At least 3 years of experience in the electric bike segment is preferred
Automotive/two-wheeler industry experience is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and executing national sales strategies
Developing and expanding a nationwide dealer network
Meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targets
Educational Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience:
8–12 years of experience in the two-wheeler industry
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in EV manufacturing and plant operations
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of EV plant installation and commissioning
Managing production to achieve defined targets
Ensuring operational efficiency and product quality
Leading plant staff and coordinating daily operations
Maintaining and servicing equipment to minimize downtime
