Qualification & Experience:
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields from an HEC recognized institute.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in a senior management role (e.g., Functional Head, Group Head, or Business Head).
Job Objectives:
Lead the strategic direction and growth of the business.
Develop marketing plans and collaboration strategies across distribution channels.
Manage technology-driven marketing and distribution platforms.
Must have demonstrated success in leading consumer finance businesses.
Qualification & Experience:
L.L.B / L.L.M (16 years of education) from a university recognized by HEC.
At least 15 years of relevant legal experience, with 6 years at senior management level.
Job Objectives:
Manage all legal matters including litigation, financing, corporate, regulatory, and labor issues.
Handle negotiation, vetting of contracts, and development of legal policies.
Qualification & Experience:
ACA / ACMA / Master's / Bachelor's (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Law, or related fields from HEC recognized institutions.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 6 years in a senior management role.
Job Objectives:
Lead the compliance function of the organization.
Develop a compliance strategy and ensure alignment with business plans.
Ensure organizational adherence to regulatory frameworks.
Qualification & Experience:
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in HR, Business/Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field from an HEC recognized institution.
HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
15 years of relevant experience, with 6 years in a senior management position.
Job Objectives:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and motivation.
Ensure alignment between talent management and business needs.
