We Are Hiring – Managerial Positions

1. Manager HR

  • Qualification: BS in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years, including at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee recruitment processes and employee relations

    • Manage performance appraisals and training programs

    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations


2. Manager Credit Operations

  • Qualification: BS in Business Management or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Optimize daily credit operations and internal processes

    • Manage human and technical resources for maximum efficiency

    • Implement quality control systems and support strategic business development


3. Manager Risk Management

  • Qualification: CRM/FRM Certification preferred

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in risk management and compliance

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Train staff on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) protocols

    • Regularly update organizational policies and procedures

    • Supervise compliance activities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements


4. Manager Compliance

  • Qualification: BS in Finance, Business, or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor compliance with both internal policies and external regulations

    • Review and analyze financial reports

    • Provide advisory support on regulatory conflicts and audit issues


5. Manager Product Research & Business Development

  • Qualification: BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in product innovation or business development

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct staff training on relevant policies and programs

    • Deliver financial literacy sessions to target groups

    • Assist in writing proposals and developing reports

    • Maintain donor records and manage event logistics


6. Manager Finance

  • Qualification: ACCA or CA-Inter

  • Experience: Experienced candidates preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

    • Ensure compliance with IAS, IFRS, and local accounting standards

    • Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities

    • Manage cash flows and optimize costs

    • Assess and mitigate financial risks


7. Manager ICT

  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant ICT role

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure and software systems

    • Implement cybersecurity strategies and solutions

    • Lead digital transformation initiatives

    • Manage SQL databases and work with HTML and Java technologies
